We ensure that your product is delivered to your doorstep within 5 weeks from day of placing your order. There are no additional charges for the Delivery and Installation of the product.

Refunds : We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us immediately. Product that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We offer replacement or refund for any defective items only.

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days on your original payment method.

Replacements : This product is eligible for free replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please contact or write to us at : care@livspacestore.com within 3 days of delivery.

Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product at any time prior to its shipment by logging into your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation at the time or after delivery is not allowed.

1. Livspace quality promise does not cover normal wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions and foam, color fading from sunlight, damage caused by rough handling and use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents, or improper use and maintenance.

2. The upholstery used is not covered under Livspace quality promise.

3. The following are not considered as defects: natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks and knots.

4. Brand Partners may offer additional warranty on certain products or parts of the furniture. Please contact an authorized Livspace representative to know more.

5. Notify Livspace within 10 days of detecting any via phone or e-mail.

6. Livspace will honour its quality promise only if the quality promise time frame has not expired.

7. All quality promises offered are subject to the limitations set through Livspace Terms & Conditions.
